I’m pleased to announce that we have a new Sounds of the Trail collaborator! Saina is a first-time thru-hiker on the Pacific Crest Trail, and she’s going to be bringing us stories and more from the left coast. We’ll let Saina introduce herself in the podcast.

In other news, I’m packing up my voice recorder and heading to California – it’s Annual Day Zero Pacific Crest Trail Kick-Off (or ADZPCTKO). I’m going to be talking with new hikers, old hikers, dirty hikers, etc etc and hopefully getting some good stories to put on the podcast. First episode will be online this weekend, so check back soon.
